Sun Protection · Non-Negotiable Sunscreen sirf face pe nahi — neck, hands, arms, feet sab pe. Outdoor mein cap, sunglasses, full-sleeves. Direct harsh sunlight avoid. Pigmentation prevention is easier than treatment.
Please Note Severe acne, cystic breakouts, extreme dryness, eczema, or persistent pigmentation — self-treatment continue na karein. Consult a qualified dermatologist immediately.
"Bridal glow sirf skincare se nahi — nervous system se aata hai."
§ BDIET
Skin clarity. Sustainable inch loss.
आहार
Crash dieting bilkul nahi. Bridal glow starvation se nahi aata. Every meal = protein + fibre + healthy fats + controlled carbs.
DO Daily Basics
  • 2.5–3 litres water daily, sip throughout
  • Coconut water 3× per week (natural electrolytes)
  • Soaked almonds (4–6 daily)
  • Mixed nuts & seeds: walnuts, pumpkin, chia, flax
  • High protein every meal: paneer, tofu, eggs, dal, chicken, Greek yogurt
  • High fibre daily: sabzi, salad, fruits, seeds
  • Whole fruits over juices — papaya, berries, apple, pomegranate, kiwi
AVOID Quietly
  • Aerated drinks
  • Excess caffeine
  • Late night junk
  • Deep fried snacks
  • Crash dieting & extreme detox
  • Sugar-loaded smoothies / packaged juices
  • New food trials in wedding week
Wedding Week Diet No new food trials. Low sodium. Light, early dinner. Skip heavy dairy if bloating-prone. Hydration consistent. Goal: calm gut, flat stomach, stable energy.
Supplements · Doctor Only Vitamin C and glutathione — only with qualified medical supervision. Never self-medicate.
§ CHAIR
No drastic haircut close to the wedding.
केश
Healthy, smooth, frizz-controlled hair on wedding day — without last-minute risk. Hair shine = discipline + timing.
MO · 01
Reset
Roots strong banana.
  • Mild shampoo
  • Oil 1–2× weekly
  • Gentle scalp massage
  • Reduce heat styling
  • Avoid tight hairstyles
  • One hair spa, hydration + cleansing
MO · 02

After Any Treatment · Ask Your Salon Kitne din baad wash? Kaunsa shampoo? Oil allowed? Heat styling safe? Aftercare follow karna compulsory hai.
Silk pillowcase, oil 1–2× weekly, no over-washing, protein in your diet. The rest is patience.
§ DMAKEUP
Right artist + right prep = stress-free glow.
श्रृंगार
Bridal makeup experiment nahi hota. Clear brief is the bride's responsibility too.
01
Book the Artist
3–6 Months Before
Peak season mein last-minute availability mushkil. Advance booking se stress kam.
02
Reviews, Smartly
Before Booking
Instagram highlights par mat ruko. Google reviews, Reddit, real experiences. Consistent negative patterns matter.
03
The Brief
Before Trial
Skin type, allergies, product reactions, event timing, outfit shade, jewellery — share with reference photos.
04
The Trial
2 Months Before · Minimum
Natural light check, flash check, settle time, neck & body blending. Never skip.
Wedding Week Makeup Rules No new facials. No harsh exfoliation. Hydration steady. Proper sleep. Healthy skin = flawless base.
§ EJEWELLERY
Selection isn't taste. It's structure.
आभूषण
Har face structure alag framing demand karta hai. Galat length ya wrong curve pura bridal look distort kar sakta hai. Ask yourself, before you buy.
Is your face Round, Square, Oval, Diamond or Heart-shaped?
Forehead width vs jawline proportion — what's the ratio?
Cheekbone prominence — how high, how strong?
Face length vs width — balanced or elongated?
Neckline: Sweetheart? V-neck? Boat? High?
Collarbone visible or covered? Dupatta vertical or horizontal?
RULE Balance Equation
  • Heavy contour + heavy choker = over-structured
  • Soft makeup + oversized earrings = imbalance
  • Sharp jaw contour + sharp jewellery edges = harsh
  • Bridal styling is mathematics, not random pairing
WEEK Wedding Week
  • Heavy jewellery first time wedding day pe try na karein
  • Sensitivity check karein — metals, weight
  • Earrings ka weight test karein on a long sitting
  • Confidence aata hai jab structure correct ho
§ FTHE CODE
Stress shows instantly on the face.
शांत मन · संरक्षित ऊर्जा
Face is the index of the mind. Breakouts, dullness, puffiness — yeh sab nervous system ke signals hain. Bride glow is protected energy.
  • 01
Sleep · Minimum 7 HoursEvery night this week. No exceptions. The body builds glow horizontally.
  • 02
Avoid DramaNo arguments. No gossip. Stay centered. Whatever happens, it can wait until next week.
  • 03
Lymphatic CareGua Sha 1–2× weekly. Face roller, upward only. Light face exercises 1–3× weekly.
  • 04
Positive EnvironmentChoose the people who calm you. Curate the room. Consistency > intensity.
Month 1 is about discipline, protection, and repair. The glow is the by-product.
03
CHAPTER THREE · FUNCTION-WISE ESSENTIALS What you actually carry.
The vendor list is one thing. This is the bag you actually carry into each function — the safety pins, the backup flats, the bra that goes with the neckline. Tap to tick off as you pack.

Gotra
The ancestral family line — announced aloud during the vows.
Sindoor
The red powder in the parting of the hair — the final seal.

An Indian wedding is not an event. It is a small country that exists for seven days — with its own language, its own cuisine, its own civil war over the seating chart.
